The Avenue House was an investment property we purchased in June 2017. The renovation took a little over three months to complete and we sold it in November of 2017. Our scope of work for this house included:
- Adding central HVAC
- Updating electrical panel
- Upgrading to pex pipe plumbing
- Refinishing the original pine floors
- Gutting the kitchen
- Refreshing the bathroom
- Demoing exterior ramp and building a deck
- Creating an outdoor firepit
- Painting interior
- Exposing original brick chimnies
