The Saint Marys House is our little rental property just South of Raleigh in the town of Garner. We purchased this home at the beginning of 2019 and did a cosmetic refresh in 2021. This mini reno including painting the walls, trim and doors, painting the cabinets, installing a fun decal backsplash, updating the lighting, replacing the bath vanity, and staining the deck. While small in space, there are some cute details in this house like the arched doorways and original hardwood floors. It reminds us a lot of our first house! We plan on renting out this house long term and possibly retiring here one day.
